Social Justice Aware, Safe Space
All People All Bodies
My goal is to present clients with a safe, nurturing, environment with supportive mirroring and dynamic insight. I support the whole person.
I believe that compassionate person-centered therapy provides individuals and couples an opportunity to develop and enhance flexible thinking, positive repair, and creative engagement for all aspects of life.
“When the other person is hurting, confused, troubled, anxious, alienated, terrified; or when he or she is doubtful of self-worth, uncertain as to identity, then understanding is called for. The gentle and sensitive companionship of an empathic stance… provides illumination and healing. In such situations deep understanding is, I believe, the most precious gift one can give to another.”

Diversity Trained Ally
I am an associate marriage and family therapist with specialties in somatic psychology, creative and eclectic personalities, LGBTQ+ populations, archetypal psychology, symbol, image, and mythopoetic modalities. I am a safe space for queer, open, and alternative lifestyles. I am aware and informed about neurodivergent, and sensitive populations. I am an ally for diverse populations. I work with an integrative existential humanistic approach that leverages mindfulness, trauma aware sensitivity, evidence based treatments, creativity, and a respect for the whole person. At the foundation of my work is the goal of supporting humans in finding their own sense of meaning making and their authentic internal voice.
